COVID-19 Status Page

We look forward to welcoming you to the Outer Banks! Please review the important information below, outlining the changes to our practices and services for the safety of you and our staff.

Check-Ins:

All check-ins and check-outs can be handled outside of our office. Guests will receive a keyless entry code prior to arrival through email, or by phone, allowing guests to check-in directly to their room.  Our Customer Service Team is available 9am – 5pm daily by phone, staff is on-site during morning and late afternoon hours. 

During your stay:

Should you need assistance during your stay please contact our office by phone at 252-489-0756 and a member of our staff will be able to assist you.

Pool Access:  

Our pool will be open from mid-May through September.  Please know we have limited the pool chairs available to adhere to these guidelines.  Additionally, the CDC recommends social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID19. We ask all guests to stay 6 feet away from other swimmers and guests while using the pool, and pool deck. 

Preventative Measures:

Our housekeepers are taking additional measures to ensure all rooms are cleaned and sanitized.   

  • Please note daily housekeeping services will not be available during this time, to reduce exposure and contact during your stay. Additional amenity items will be provided in your room based on the length of your stay. Should you require additional towels, toiletries, etc. please contact our office by phone to have them delivered to your room.
  • We are using cleaning products specifically approved by the EPA for the COVID-19 virus and have a dedicated focus on sanitizing all major touch points.
