We look forward to welcoming you to the Outer Banks! Please review the important information below, outlining the changes to our practices and services for the safety of you and our staff.
All check-ins and check-outs will be handled outside of our office. Guests will receive a keyless entry code prior to arrival through email, or by phone, allowing guests to check-in directly to their room. Our Customer Service Team is available 9am – 5pm daily by phone, staff is on-site during morning and late afternoon hours.
During your stay:
Should you need assistance during your stay please contact our office by phone at 252-489-0756 and a member of our staff will be able to assist you.
Our pool will be open from mid-May through mid-October. Please know we have limited the pool chairs available to adhere to these guidelines. Additionally, the CDC recommends social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID19. We ask all guests to stay 6 feet away from other swimmers and guests while using the pool, and pool deck.
Our housekeepers are taking additional measures to ensure all rooms are cleaned and sanitized.

Cancellation Policy for COVID Restrictions:
If we are unable to host you, due to our area being closed to visitors due to COVID19, we would proactively contact any impacted guests and offer to cancel (with refund), or reschedule the dates of the reservation.
