"Great location, spotless and clean unit. Has a table just for two people. It comes with a fridge and microwave and a great toaster oven with options to bake. There is picnic table setups for you to eat lunch outside by the pool if wanting to do so. The value for this motel is fantastic. You don't need to pile up a car to go to the beach access because it is directly across the street. The air conditioner AC unit is wonderful in the summer it was able to get the room down to 68° at night. I am a cold night sleeper and this was wonderful. This is our second time visiting the tar heel motel and will definitely come back. Walkability: This motel is directly across the street from public access to the beach."
