"Fresh renovations made this a comfortable clean place to stay. Double queen room had a mini fridge, microwave, large toaster oven, and Keurig machine. Outside had plenty of picnic tables, 3 large gas grills, fish cleaning station, and a nice looking pool. Quick walk a block over and you're on beach."

"Had a great stay here. As others have said very unassuming from the outside but the inside is nice and cozy. We checked in late evening on Easter and although there wasn't an attendant on site at the time we were helped with check-in remotely. The room we were given hadn't had linens changed but that was likely our fault as we changed our reservation check in to a day earlier on the morning of. Nevertheless we were accommodated very quickly and effortlessly to another well prepared room. We loved the ability to have our dog present with us, I think that is a major plus for your motel as we noticed many other guests had theirs as well. The location is excellent as there are 2 public beach access entrances within walking distance (one almost literally across the street). There are plenty of shops (outlet across the street) and restaurants nearby. The Dunes restaurant is even right on the edge of the property and an easy walk for breakfast/dinner. I was only slightly disappointed with a few things, the pool not being open yet, I couldn't get the gas grills to work but that was likely my fault, and I didn't see the corn hole boards out that I saw in your pictures. The kids and I did have fun playing horseshoes however. All of our needs were met, someone is on site every day cleaning the rooms and taking out trash. Any extra towels or amenity requests we made were promptly addressed. We will be staying here again, thank you"
